BOISROUGE

Project n° 129
Flagey

Architects' team, Marine Jacques Leflaive and Emmanuel Dupont assisted by Marcel Croxson worked in a great way. The result is up to our expectations. They managed to understand our desires and to shape them!
Three islands scattered in the middle of hundred-year-old trees lined with a river " Vouge " constitute the project.
The building of rooms is at the same time modern and warm; it is built on piles to protect the network racinaire of the trees. Building materials will be naturally in accordance with the environment: the wood, the glass, cob and slate.

We planned a Japanese bath in the continuity of rooms, stuck in height to plunge into the sweetnesses of a hot water by having the top of trees for entertainment. Japan cannot leave us!
Hosts' restaurant will be built on the same principle as hosts' house. A mineral cellar will be adjacent under the name of " the whale " in touch with the constructions local as the cabotes. In front of the river, the dining room will be in osmosis with the nature and my kitchen will be opened on the whole space. What a happiness of cooking in these conditions!!!
And the third building will be our home sweet home! Always natural materials with an electricity production in solar panels.
