The Ecological Rehabilitations of the Town Hall of Comblanchien, Mayor : Didier Toubin
Have you recently noticed the new façade of the building housing the bakery? The three round windows make you the winks in the morning to greet you! Behind this warm-colored facade facing the school of the commune, the municipal team and the AZCA agency (Atelier Zéro Carbone architectes) based in Nuits St Georges, worked on the design of an ecological rehabilitation project To make it possible to deliver a warm living space respecting the health of the inhabitants. It is thanks to a system of framework wood and wooden wool that the whole apartment is strongly insulated. These natural and recyclable materials make it possible to drastically limit the energy expenditure for heating. The installation of new joinery in the framework of wood makes it possible to eliminate all the thermal bridges. The interior finish plates are made of gypsum and cellulose and the finish paint is solvent free. All these natural components contribute to the well-being of tenants and to the preservation of our environment.
