Located in South Corsica, in the heart of the Taravo Valley and at an altitude of about 100 meters, the estate is among the oldest vineyards on the island.
Creation of an extension in wood frame > Wood fiber insulation and a cellar for truncated tanks. The extension now houses pallet storage and the bottling line. At the upper level of the extension, offices were installed. The existing winery has undergone numerous improvements: installation of a stainless steel gangway between the tanks for more functionality, rehabilitation of all the floors for more safety and hygiene, new partitions allowed to re-fit To optimize production. A new grape harvesting platform was created and a terrace roof fitted with stainless steel vats allows the grapes to tip gravity into the truncated vats. The studies lasted 6 months and the construction site 4 months.
